个人简介

张炳坤,博士,博士生导师,中国农业大学动物科技学院教授,农业农村部饲料安全与生物学效价重点实验室副主任,国家重点研发计划政府间重点专项首席科学家。中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养分会理事、北京畜牧兽医学会理事、World's Poultry Science Association (WPSA)、美国American Gastroenterological Association (AGA)会员。曾在美国芝加哥大学(The University of Chicago)进行病原菌调控宿主肠道屏障功能作用机制合作研究。

聚焦肠黏膜屏障功能健康发育的营养调控及其相关机制研究。长期致力于促进动物黏膜屏障功能健康发育的营养调控及其相关机制研究。近年来,揭示了紧密连接蛋白claudin-2在抵抗细菌感染的具体作用机制。发现病原菌通过改变紧密连接蛋白表达,破坏肠道屏障功能;细菌感染通过细胞因子IL-22介导肠道紧密连接蛋白claudin-2表达的提高、增加紧密连接通透性、促进Na+离子和水的排泄,最终实现清除病菌;首次建立了体内评价肠道通透性大小的多探针检测技术。建立了单层细胞肠上皮和organoid培养体系,揭示了锌具有抵抗疾病感染、维持肠上皮组织完整性等重要作用的信号传导机制、丰富了锌营养理论。发现精氨酸需要通过促进肠道基质细胞分泌Wnt2b、激活Wnt/β-catenin信号通路,才能提高肠道Lgr5+细胞更新功能、降低肠道炎症损伤。利用实时无标记细胞分析仪(RTCA)构建了植物提取物活性功能体外筛选模型,并筛选出具有抗氧化活性的天然有效成分。证实了这些活性单体通过激活Nrf2,增加SOD、CAT、GCS转录、提高Gpx活力、减少ROS产生,从而改善细胞受损,提高细胞活率,实现缓解肉鸡肠道氧化应激作用。

目前主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题、国际合作项目等

获教育部科学技术进步一等奖和国家科学技术进步二等奖各1项,省部级教学成果二等奖1项,起草制定《产蛋后备鸡、产蛋鸡、肉用仔鸡配合饲料》、《玉米干全酒糟(玉米DDGS)》、蛋鸡、肉鸡配合饲料等国家或行业标准以及《饲料添加剂安全使用规范》,参编《家禽营养》、《动物免疫营养学》等著作,近期已在国际著名期刊Cell Host & Microbe 、Journal of Crohn’s and Colitis、Pharmacological Research、SCIENCE CHINA Life Sciences、FASEB Journal、Frontiers in Immunology、Communications Biology、Journal of Nutrition Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、British Journal of NutritionAnimal Feed Science & TechnologyPoultry ScienceAnimalAvian Pathology等期刊上发表论文,申请授权发明专利6项,获得授权发明专利8项。
