个人简介

晓敏,女,生于1971年12月,山东省菏泽市人,清华大学水利水电工程系学士(环境系双学士)、硕士、博士,英国爱丁堡大学博士后,中国农业大学教授、博士生导师。Agricultural Water Management》副主编,2007年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。
