个人简介孙兴明 博士,副教授。2010年获得河北师范大学理学学士学位,2017年获得中国农业大学农学博士学位,2018-2023年在中国农业大学从事博士后研究工作。2023年以高层次人才“青年研究员”身份引进至中国农业大学,主要从事稻种资源抗旱遗传解析及重要抗旱基因的功能研究。近年来已累计发表SCI论文16篇,分别发表在Nature Communications、New Phytologist、Journal of Experimental Botany 等国际主流期刊。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等。获得中国农业大学优秀博士后荣誉称号。 教学科研概况社会职务活动动态研究领域1. 旱稻抗旱的遗传基础与基因调控机制 抗旱一直以来是作物遗传学研究的热点、更是难点。我们课题组长期围绕栽培稻中的两种典型生态类型-水稻和旱稻,开展大规模的抗旱表型鉴定,通过正向遗传学方法解析旱稻抗旱的遗传基础。从旱稻中克隆了具有重大育种价值的抗旱基因DROT1,并发现其通过调控细胞壁结构特性来介导抗旱的分子机制。克隆了调控旱稻发达根系形成的基因RRS1,解析了其调控根系发育的分子机制。目前,我们已完成2000余份水、旱稻种质资源的田间抗旱表型鉴定和遗传解析,挖掘到多个重要抗旱基因,正在对其抗旱功能及其分子调控机理进行深入研究。 2. 水稻耐盐的遗传基础与基因调控机制 我国有近5亿亩的盐碱地可以被开发利用,这是18亿亩耕地红线以外的重要储备耕地资源。对盐碱地的开发利用,已由过去的“改土适种”变为“以种适地”。因此,开展水稻的耐盐遗传学研究,发掘具有育种价值的耐盐基因,用于培育耐盐水稻新品种以适应盐碱地生长,对于充分利用边际土地来保障我国主粮的绝对安全具有重大意义。我们已利用2000余份水稻种质资源材料,开展了大田环境下的耐盐表型鉴定,并对水稻耐盐的遗传结构进行解析。目前,正在对多个重要耐盐基因开展功能验证、分子机理和育种应用研究。 未来工作重点 我们将持续聚集水稻种质资源,重点从以下三个方面入手:(1)通过大田环境下的抗旱、耐盐表型鉴定,利用正向遗传学方法解析稻作抗旱、耐盐的遗传基础;(2)克隆抗旱、耐盐新基因,解析其发挥功能的分子调控机理;(3)发掘种质资源中的抗旱、耐盐基因优异自然变异,开发分子标记,用于水稻抗旱、耐盐的分子标记辅助育种。 已发表论文(#,第一作者;*,通讯作者) 1.
