ResumeTeaching researchSocial PositionDynamic activityFieldOur group is interested in the molecular and genomic mechanisms on ecological interactions between plants their biotic and abiotic environments. Our research is focused on the following fields: 1. Roles and evolution of jasmonates transporters (JATs) on the metabolism, perception, signaling and ecological interactions; 2. Plant mating systems and molecular mechanisms of interspecific reproductive isolation/speciation; 3. Ecological and evolutionary genomics of wild strawberry and raspberry in China and applications in breeding; 4. Diversity and synthetic biology of alliin and allicin sulfur-containing compounds in Chinese Leek plants. Publications 2021: 1.
