个人简介博士,硕导,刘剑锋教授课题组骨干成员,主要致力于生物信息学理论和计算技术研究;基于多组学信息进行畜禽复杂性状遗传机理解析;以猪为研究对象进行猪分子设计育种的研究。在中国地方猪种的遗传、进化以及基因组结构的分析上取得了原创性的研究成果,参与我国千猪基因组计划(1KCIGP)的研究,并创建了1KCIGP数据集以及填充参考面板,开发了高精度地方猪种质资源鉴别系统HITSNP,成果发表于Nature Communications、Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics、Genome Research等高影响力期刊。先后主持国家农业科技重大项目、国家自然科学基金青年等项目。 教学科研概况社会职务活动动态研究领域开授课程
