个人简介方美英,中国农业大学动物科学技术学院教授、博士生导师,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者,先后赴瑞典农业大学、美国康奈尔大学工作与访学交流。长期深耕畜禽遗传改良、畜禽优异种质特性挖掘与遗传机理解析研究,主导完成了中国五指山小型猪T2T无间隙基因组组装,成果以封面文章发表于《Nature Genetics》,为五指山猪特殊体长性状的遗传改良提供了基础。 现担任全国科技平台标准化技术委员会委员;国家畜禽遗传资源委员会猪专委会委员;中国动物遗传育种学会及全国动物生物技术学会理事;第三次全国猪遗传资源普查技术专家;海南省畜禽遗传资源委员会猪专委会委员;畜禽遗传改良北京市重点实验室副主任等工作。主持多项国家自然科学基金、国家“863”计划、国家科技重大专项以及中乌政府间国际合作等课题;参与完成了国家“973”和欧盟第七框架等科研项目。以第一作者/通讯作者发表学术论文九十余篇,授权国家发明专利十余项。主编《家养动物驯化与品种培育》和《畜禽遗传资源保护与利用》,参编“十二五”普通高等教育本科国家级规划教材《动物遗传学》(第二版)及《动物种业科技创新战略研究报告》,获教育部科技进步一等奖等省部级及其他奖项共4项。 教学科研概况社会职务1. 国家畜禽遗传资源委员会猪专业委员会委员 2. 全国科技平台标准化技术委员会委员 3. 第三次全国猪遗传资源普查技术专家组成员 4. 畜禽遗传改良北京市重点实验室副主任 5. 中国动物遗传育种学会理事 6. 全国动物生物技术学会理事 活动动态研究领域猪重要经济性状遗传基础解析,猪分子育种技术研究与新种质创制。 开授课程
