曲鲁江

曲鲁江，男，1975年2月17日出生于新疆，博士，中国农业大学动物科学技术学院教授、博士生导师。主持“ 十二五” 国家科技支撑项目 1 项、国家自然科学基金 4 项，参加或子课题主持十余项国家级及省部级课题。获得国家级、省部级奖励 5 项，并发表 SCI 论文 70 余篇，其中以第一或通讯作者发表 SCI 论文 30多篇，获得发明专利 16 项。培育蛋鸡新品种 6 个，并通过国家新品种审定。

1、家禽产业技术研发

      参加“大午金凤”、“农大5号”、“农大3号”、“新杨白”、“新杨绿”、“北京油鸡”等蛋鸡品种的选育及推广，通过国家畜禽新品种审定，并因此获得国家科技进步二等奖、北京市科学技术一等奖、安徽省科技进步二等奖等奖励。

2、家禽品质性状形成的遗传学基础

      鉴定了家鸡绿壳蛋色、鸭隐性白羽、贵妃鸡多趾、洪山鸡垂尾、洛岛红鸡耳叶颜色等性状的分子基础。其中绿壳蛋色基因的鉴定，是世界上首个被发现的与鸟类蛋壳颜色相关的基因和原因突变（Wang et al,2013），同时形成了绿壳鸡蛋壳颜色分子标记的国家发明专利。

3、家禽的抗病遗传育种

      本团队长期致力于鸡抗病力的遗传基础研究。深入探索了鸡对马立克氏病（Li et al,2015; Lian et al,2015; Yan et al,2015）和鸡白痢（Li et al,2018）的抗病力及遗传学特点。比较研究了高产蛋鸡、地方鸡的抗病力差异及其差异产生的遗传学原因（Li et al, 2019）。同时，通过基因组学手段，找到了与鸡抗病力相关的分子标记。这些成果为鸡抗病育种工作，提供了切实可行的手段和方法（Li et al, 2020）。以上工作，尤其是鸡白痢抗病遗传基础研究，得到了国内外同行的认可。

4、家禽遗传多样性

      利用微卫星、线粒体DNA、高密度SNP芯片、全基因组重测序等技术评估鸡、鸭的遗传多样性和分子进化特征。分析了我国鸭驯化的时间，将其界定在2200年前左右，是世界上首次对鸭驯化历史的报道(Zhang et al,2018)。此外，对我国部分地方鸡种的基因组遗传多样性、群体结构及不同鸡品种间的杂交现象（Nie et al,2019）进行了研究。

5、家禽的基因组研究

      通过对野鸭、中国地方鸭种进行全基因组重测序，在世界上首次报道了鸭驯化过程中基因组进化的特点，发现与大脑、神经发育以及脂质代谢相关的基因在驯化过程中经历了高强度的选择(Zhang et al,2018)。此外，申请人对鸡基因组进化进行了较系统的研究。鉴定了中外部分鸡种的基因组结构突变(Yi et al,2013)以及中国地方鸡种受外来品种杂交的情况（Nie et al，2019）。针对鸡等位基因特异性表达现象，在基因组水平上对鸡基因印记、剂量补偿效应和表达调控（Wang et al, 2015,2017,2019）进行了研究，结果表明鸡并没有哺乳动物中普遍存在的基因印记现象，同时在世界上首次证明鸡的不完全剂量补偿效应是由于顺式调控引起，而不是和哺乳动物一样的性染色体失活造成。这些研究进一步充实完善了家禽进化基因组学理论。
