Resume

Shu Hang, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor in the Department of Intelligent Animal Husbandry and Environmental Science, College of Animal Science and Technology, China Agricultural University. He has long been engaged in research on intelligent monitoring of animal information and comprehensive evaluation of livestock housing environments.

Over the past five years, he has published more than 20 academic papers, including 9 SCI-indexed papers as first author or corresponding author, including co-first and co-corresponding authorship. Among these, 4 papers were published in CAS Zone 1 journals. He has also contributed to one English book chapter and participated in the translation of three English academic monographs.

He serves as a reviewer for journals including Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture, Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, Animal, Applied Animal Behaviour Science, and Journal of Thermal Biology. He is also a senior member of the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine.

He has led the project “Technical Service for Dairy Cow Behavior Recognition Algorithms Based on Machine Learning” and participated in the projects “Research, Development and Demonstration of Key Technologies for Precise Management and Control of Grassland Pastures Based on Sky–Air–Ground Multimodal Three-dimensional Intelligent Sensing” and “Research on Environmental Regulation and Production Efficiency Optimization in Pig Housing.”
