杨吉林

杨吉林，山东人，理学博士，美国俄克拉荷马大学国家公派联培博士。中国农大草业学院草地资源与生态系副系主任。长期从事植被生态遥感工作，近年来基于遥感大数据和云计算、人工智能等先进手段开展了一系列草地资源监测与生态评估原创性研究工作，特别在植被物候与全球变化方面有深入研究。具备全球海量卫星遥感数据的处理分析能力，熟悉/精通Python、Google Earth Engine、R、Matlab等。主持国家自然科学基金项目、博士后基金项目，参与国家重点研发计划项目、中国科学院先导A类等项目若干项。共发表学术论文20余篇，包括2篇国际遥感顶刊《Remote Sensing of Environment》。担任《Nature Ecology & Evolution》、《Global and Planetary Change》、《Remote Sensing》等多个生态/遥感期刊的审稿人。

研究方向：植被资源与生态遥感、生态系统碳循环。

（1）资源监测与生态评估：基于“遥感大数据+云计算+创新算法”，从事草地资源大范围遥感精细监测与生态评估，重点构建植被结构与功能参量的遥感精细刻画技术体系。

（2）植被物候遥感：研究植被物候与全球变化，揭示植被物候时空变化规律、探究气候变化与植被物候作用机制、剖析物候对生态系统碳循环的影响模式。
