个人简介
副教授(一级),博士生导师。在科学研究方面,专注于农业废弃物处理的理论研究与技术创新,主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、北京市自然科学基金、中德国际合作专项等 10 余项课题,累计负责科研经费 700 余万。连续三年(2022年-2024年)入选美国斯坦福大学与Elsevier合作发布的“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”(World's Top 2% Scientists),获得科学中国人年度人物特别奖——杰出青年科学家奖,神农中华农业科技奖一等奖,教育部科学技术进步奖二等奖,第十届中国发明协会发明创业奖·人物奖,2022 年 International Association of Advanced Materials - Young Scientist Medal,2024年RINENG Distinguished Scientist Award,第十届国际发明展览会金奖 3 项、铜奖 2 项,农业部畜牧业司畜禽粪污资源化利用论坛优秀论文奖,北京市教工委北京高校青年教师社会调研优秀项目二等奖等奖励。在 Water Research, Green Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Hazardous Materials等权威国际期刊发表学术论文90余篇(其中第一作者或通讯作者 SCI 论文42篇,5篇 ESI 热点论文,14篇 ESI 高被引论文,H 指数 38(SCOPUS),被引用次数大于5000 次。申请国家发明专利 20 项(18 项已获授权,11 项第一发明人授权专利),申请并获授权国际发明专利 1 项。主编出版专著 4 部,参编出版专著 6 部。主要社会兼职有 Materials Science for Energy Technologies副主编,Results in Engineering编委,Water 编委,Frontiers in Environmental Science 客座编辑,生态环境学报, Biochar, Carbon Research 等青年编委,农业部现代农业产业技术体系岗位专家功能研究室成员,巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心智库专家,中国农学会农业环境损害鉴定评估分会会员,北京科技特派员等。在教育教学方面,主持教育部产学合作协同育人项目 2 项,中国农业大学校级教改课题4项,指导学生获得中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛等学科竞赛奖励,发表教育教学论文4 篇,指导本科生第一作者发表学术论文8 篇等。
